wigan hooding

Wigan double textured hooding cloth/topping (cloth/rubber interlay/cloth) approx 1.75 metre wide. black only offered. this cloth is very similar in appearance to double duck but on close examination has a finer fabric weave and is not so thick.

both faces of cloth are same colour material
