licence disc holder - flat back

quality made tax disc/licence holder which has heavy knurled rim which unscrews to change the licence disc. we offer this item in either self colour polished brass, nickel or chrome plate finish, approx diameter 83mm. with a flat back it can be screwed on to a flat surface.
