100E-6200-REP - Connecting rod - shell bearing conversion

Piston to crankshaft connecting shaft with conversion to take shell bearing, includes small end bush fitted (you fit to your pin). Specification - cast in GGG50 and heat treated for strength and elasticity. New manufacture by Small Ford Spares, not re-worked old rods.

Crankshaft, connecting rod and piston torque settings

Nut tightening torque data:
8hp and 10hp engine main bearing cap nuts 45 to 50 lb./ft.- 60 to 67 Nm. big-end cap OEM nuts 30 lb./ft.- 40 Nm. big-end self locking nuts 20 to 23 lb./ft.- 27 to 31 Nm.
100E engine main bearing bolt 55 to 60 ft./lb.- 74 to 81 Nm. big-end cap, OEM nut 20 to 25 lb./ft.- 27 to 33 Nm. big-end self locking nuts 3lb./ft.- 4 Nm.
105E/123E engine main bearings 55 to 60 ft./lb.- 74 to 81 Nm. big-end cap 20 to 25 lb./ft.- 27 to 33 Nm.

Please Note :- for our replacement con rods E93A-6200-REP and 100E-6200-REP with cap bolts, these should be tightened to 20 to 25 lbs ft with Loctite Threadlocker or equivalent applied.
